ARMENIAN HISTORICAL STERLING SILVER EGG
The egg describes the acceptance of Christianity by the Armenian people in 301 A.C. One part of the egg describes the king of Armenia’s baptism by Saint Gregory. The second part of the egg describes the king Terdad and Saint Gregory, taking the Holy Bible and preaching it throughout Armenia. On the cap are three churches: the first church is Holy Echmiatzen, the second church is Saint Gayane, and the third church is Saint Ripsema. In the inside of the egg are the two symbols of Armenia.
